Frontlion Application - URL & Port Whitelisting Overview

To ensure the Frontlion application (app.qtrac.com) operates reliably within your network, the following domains and ports must be whitelisted. Each endpoint supports a critical layer of functionality - authentication, API communication, real-time updates, and file hosting.

Required Whitelist URLs
1. https://app.qtrac.com/
This is the main Frontlion web application used by end-users and administrators.
It delivers the UI, dashboards, workflows, queue views, and configuration modules.
If not allowed, users may be unable to load the application at all.

This URL hosts the primary backend APIs for Frontlion.
These APIs handle:
