Hello,
Thank you for visiting our Frontlion Knowledge Base library. We hope the below article will assist you. Based on your inquiry, it looks like you are trying to use Frontlion application but on another language than English.
Why Use Chrome Translation?
Some customers benefit from Chrome's translation because:
Language preferences vary: Spanish-first or non-English visitors may prefer translated text for clarity and comfortable navigation.
Device language settings can differ: Frontlion normally recognizes browser or device language, but if those settings are English, users may still prefer reading in their native language.
Instant translation: Chrome instantly translates page content without interrupting the queue process or requiring any extra setup.
Using Chrome translation ensures every visitor has a smooth experience when entering the queue, booking an appointment, or receiving instructions.
In order to accomplish this, you will need the following permissions:
Access to Chrome Browser Settings
Once you confirm that you do have access to this settings, please follow these steps:

Step1:
Click on the settings button at the top right corner on your browser
Step2:
click Translate from the menu
Step3:
You can now select the secondary language on your browser. If there is no other language available you will need to click on the little settings sub menu and click on the Choose another language:
Step4:
Once you find the language you want in the list (For example Spanish)
Step5:
Once you have selected the desired language, Click Translate
Step6:
Once you have done that entire page will be transalted to Spanish with all its options.

Important Tips
. Translation is local to your device/browser only, it does not change Frontlion system data.
. Do not refresh excessively while translating; the queue will hold your position, but multiple reloads can interrupt the translation.
. Some branded elements or images may not translate because they are images, not text.
. Frontlion works normally whether translated or not, your check-in, SMS messages, and queue placement remain unchanged.

Spanish version of the article:
Hola,

Paso 2:
Seleccione Traducir en el men.
Paso 3:
