Frontlion In-App Notifications offers numerous benefits to streamline your queue management experience:

- Non-Disruptive: Works in parallel with other applications on your computer without causing interruptions.

Feature Overview
Frontlion In-App Notifications can be activated from the Advanced Rules settings in Frontlion. It provides a centralized hub for all notifications triggered within the last 24 ours, categorized into four distinct tabs for easy access and management. The Frontlion In-App Notifications is designed to enhance your productivity by providing a comprehensive, organized, and customizable notification system. Activate it today through the Advanced Rules settings and experience a new level of efficiency in your queue management!
Activation and Preconditions
To use the Frontlion In-App Notifications feature, ensure the following preconditions are met:
- Enable browser notifications for our application website (How to enable Browser Notifications for Frontlion Alerts)
- Enable active sound in the browser's settings for our application app.qtrac.com (How to activate sound alerts for Frontlion in your Browser)
- Enable notifications from apps and other senders in Windows Notification settings. (How to enable Windows Notifications for Frontlion Notification bell)
- Have an audible device (speakers or headphones) for the ding alert.
Notification Types
Notifications will be triggered in three different ways:
- Windows Pop-Up Notification: Quick, on-screen alerts from the Windows notification center.
- Browser's Tab Notification: Visual notifications directly on the browser tab.
- Audible Alert (Ding Sound): A sound notification to draw immediate attention.
Notification Categories
Frontlion In-App Notifications are organizing the alerts into four tabs:
1. General Notifications Tab
Explanation: This tab displays all new and unseen notifications that have not been dismissed or actioned. It provides an overview of all activities requiring attention.
Actions: Each notification can be:
- Actioned: Mark the notification as addressed.
- Dismissed: Remove the notification if no action is needed.
- Directed: Forward the notification to a specific active agent.
2. Direct Notifications Tab
Explanation: This tab shows notifications specifically addressed to your user. It includes details on who directed the notification to you and at what time.
Actions: You can:
- Action: Address the notification.
- Reject: Decline the notification if it is not relevant to you.
3. Dismissed Notifications Tab
Explanation: This tab accumulates all notifications you have dismissed within the last 24 hours. It serves as a history review, allowing you to revisit and manage past notifications.
Actions: You can:
- Action: Revisit and address the notification.
- Direct: Forward the notification to another user.
4. Actioned Notifications Tab
Explanation: This tab provides a summary of all notifications you have actioned within the last 24 hours. It helps keep track of your completed tasks and follow-ups.
